St Paul’s Eco Church Team meeting.

This week we had the privilege of an update meeting with key members of the Eco Church Team at St Paul’s Church.

We were treated to a guided tour of their site where we discussed the work they had carried out to improve the natural features of their Church grounds.

Their management techniques and passion for nature is certainly paying off. There is an increase in native species variety and what they are protecting is spreading. The insect population is already improving which will boost all members of the food chain and there is evidence of Hedgehog activity.

The team have more plans to implement to develop key areas and we will look forward to seeing how they get on.

We feel over the last year, the team have proven their commitment to Nature and therefore we are looking forward to presenting them with their Red Kite Wildlife Warrior Award. Well done to all involved in the project. 🌱🌳🌼🐛🐝🕷🦔🐦
